Soccer Total Conditioning Training Secret

Soccer Basic Conditioning Includes Following Aspects:
Physical Fitness
Aerobic Fitness
Anaerobic Fitness
Muscle Strength
Runnig Speed
Physical Agility
Endurance
Explosive Power


Soccer Basic Skill Training Includes Following Aspects:

Dribbling,
Passing,
Shooting,
...


Soccer Equipment Required For Above Training:

Weight Vest (20lb, 40lb, 60lb)
or Waist Weight (10lb, 20lb)
Ankle Weights (QTY: 2) (5lb, 7lb)
Medicine Ball (6lb, 8lb)
Cones (QTY: 6-8)



Training Program: Dribbling Arround Cones Only.



Training Time (Once a day only: 45-60 minute, not over 90 minute)
Training Day (3-4 days a week only, Total under 5 hours)
Required Age (adult only, over age 20 or 21)

Benefit: less time training gains more than regular conditioning hours.
(1 hour training gains 3 hours result or more)

Weakness: This training is only for adults, not for any teens, and long hours training in this method will bring physical injury to the overused body, such as joints pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and many other unseen disasters. It often costs more damges to the body than gaining any result.
